Houlihan Lokey is pleased to announce that Web Financial Group, S.A. (WebFG), a European financial technology company and provider of software solutions to the wealth management sector, has been acquired by Allfunds for €145 million. This deal closed 7 June 2022.

Headquartered in Madrid, WebFG provides bespoke digital solutions for the wealth management industry by harnessing sophisticated data management, cutting-edge technology, and industry-leading expertise refined over 20 years. WebFG’s solutions help banks and other financial institutions integrate different data sources, software, and financial content to create tailor-made investment and wealth management platforms.

Allfunds is one of the leading B2B wealthtech platforms for the fund industry, offering fully integrated solutions for both fund houses and distributors. Allfunds has built and continues to evolve an ecosystem that covers the entire fund distribution value chain and investment cycle, with solutions such as dealing and execution, data and analytics tools, regtech, ESG screening, and portfolio monitoring. This acquisition will significantly enhance Allfunds’ customer proposition in digital and software solutions and strengthen its footprint in key European markets. Houlihan Lokey served as the exclusive financial advisor to WebFG and its shareholders and assisted in initiating, structuring, and negotiating the transaction on its behalf.
