Conference Overview

Houlihan Lokey’s 5th Annual Technology Conference will enable executives from a select group of high-performing, privately held technology companies to showcase their businesses to an audience of prospective financial and strategic partners.

This year’s conference will showcase more than 20 technology companies, whose executives will share insight into their business, markets, strategies and future. Year after year, this event attracts more than 400 senior-level executives from numerous public and private technology companies, private equity investors, venture capitalists and capital providers.

Conference Format

The speakers will present overviews of their respective business models. There will be three concurrent presentations during each 25-minute period. Presenters and prospective investors and partners will be able to schedule targeted, one-on-one breakout sessions during the conference, with Houlihan Lokey arranging the logistics of these meetings.

We’ll also be hosting bonus panels, during which company executives and other industry experts will discuss their respective acquisition and growth strategies and how these strategies are affected by key market developments, capital market conditions and the M&A environment. These interactive sessions will provide an excellent opportunity to ask questions and to network with industry leaders.
