Ms. Nonomiya is a Managing Director and Head of Asia Corporate Finance for Houlihan Lokey. She has more than 20 years of M&A advisory experience and five years of portfolio management experience. Ms. Nonomiya is based in the firm’s Tokyo office.
Previously, Ms. Nonomiya was a Managing Director and member of the board for GCA Corporation. Prior to GCA, she served as Business Development Leader for GE Capital Asia-Pacific, responsible for strategic portfolio management and M&A/partnerships.
Earlier, Ms. Nonomiya held the role of Managing Director of M&A at UBS Investment Bank, advising on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, including acquisition financing, capital markets solutions, and equity capital solutions. She started her career as a U.S. Certified Public Accountant at KPMG LLP New York, where she eventually transferred to KPMG Corporate Finance to support Japanese clients’ cross-border engagements.
Ms. Nonomiya graduated from Long Island University as Valedictorian and received her MBA from Columbia University.
