Ms. Shah is
a Managing Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Strategic Consulting business. She has
nearly two decades of experience advising client leaders on strategy, planning,
and operational improvement topics. Ms. Shah has served a variety of
industries, with an emphasis in energy, healthcare, and financial services. She
is based in the firm’s Chicago office.
Shah has served the senior management and boards of directors of various energy
industry clients, including gas utilities, electric RTOs, energy technology
research, and technology services providers. Her engagements in this space have
covered long-range strategic planning, scenario planning, market entry and
execution plan development, and management and operations issue identification.
Ms. Shah is currently responsible for leading and developing the Strategic
Consulting Group’s natural gas practice.
In addition to the energy sector, Ms.
Shah has also served healthcare and financial services companies on topics
ranging from strategy development, product portfolio strategy and
rationalization, strategic option evaluation, banking operations post-merger
integration, cost reduction and sourcing initiatives, and process and organization
to Houlihan Lokey, Ms. Shah was a manager in Accenture’s Organization and Human
Performance practice, where she served property casualty insurers, financial
services technology startups, and public sector clients.
Shah holds an M.P.P. from Duke University and a B.A. from Wake Forest
