a Managing Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Strategic Consulting business. He is based
in the firm’s Atlanta office.
joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Irvin was a partner at Bridge Strategy Group LLC, a boutique
management consulting firm, starting in 2007. At Bridge, he was co-leader of
the Energy practice and the Organizational Performance practice.
to Bridge, Mr. Irvin was at McKinsey & Co. for 15 years as a partner in the
Atlanta office. He was Co-Head of McKinsey’s national electric utility practice
and worldwide organizational performance practice. Between McKinsey and Bridge,
Mr. Irvin was also a partner at PwC and at Monitor Group.
Irvin was also a member of the Georgia House of Representatives for 15 years
and the House Minority Leader for six years. He has previously practiced law in
Irvin holds a
B.A. from the College of William and Mary, an MBA from Harvard Business
School, and a J.D. from Emory Law School.
