Mr. Irvin is
a Managing Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Strategic Consulting business. He is based
in the firm’s Atlanta office.
joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Irvin joined Bridge Strategy Group LLC, a
management consulting firm, in 2007. He was a partner at McKinsey & Co. and
a leader in the firm’s organizational performance and energy industry
practices, as well as a partner at Coopers & Lybrand and Monitor Group. Mr.
Irvin was also a member of the Georgia House of Representatives for 15 years,
the Georgia House Minority Leader from 1995 to 2001, and a candidate for the
U.S. Senate in 2002. He has previously practiced law in Atlanta.
Mr. Irvin holds
an MBA from Harvard Business School, a J.D. from Emory Law School, and a B.A. from
the College of William and Mary.
