American Safety Razor, Global Home Products, Jackson Products, Cooperheat-MQS,

Estate Co. (an affiliate of U-Haul International), Spheris, Cornerstone
Healthcare, InterDent, Bugle Boy Industries, and Petsec Energy. He is based in
the firm’s Dallas office.

structured finance in the oil & gas industry. He was also in the corporate
finance group at KPMG, specializing in M&A, divestitures, and private
placements in the healthcare industry.
