Ms. Stack is a Managing Director at Houlihan Lokey and a founding member and Co-Head of the firm’s Government Services Group. For more than two decades, Ms. Stack has been advising industry-leading companies on M&A, corporate finance, and other key corporate strategies. She has deep experience working with companies that operate in a broad range of technology and services domains, including health IT, cloud computing, cybersecurity, business process outsourcing, consulting, and other professional services. She is based in Houlihan Lokey’s Washington, D.C. office.

Ms. Stack’s transaction experience includes sellside advisory, buyside advisory, and leveraged buyouts for founder-owned businesses, private equity-owned companies, and U.S. and international corporate divestitures. She works with some of the industry’s premier companies, including EADS, Boeing, Leidos, and Booz Allen Hamilton. Ms. Stack has closed transactions with prominent private equity institutions, including the Carlyle Group, Providence Equity, Veritas Capital, and Platinum Equity. Under her leadership, Houlihan Lokey’s Government Services’ team has executed 33 transactions valued at over $5.3 billion since 2014, earning Houlihan Lokey the distinction as the most active financial advisor in the industry.

Ms. Stack is a frequent speaker on the government contracting market and is often quoted in various publications, including The Washington Post, Bloomberg, and The Wall Street Journal.

She is a Board Member and Executive Committee Member of the Northern Virginia Technology Council (NVTC).

Ms. Stack graduated cum laude with a B.A. in Economics from Duke University and studied at the London School of Economics.
