Mr. Goldsbrough is a Managing Director in Houlihan Lokey’s European Capital Markets Group. He has more than three decades of investment banking experience specialising in corporate lending, leveraged finance, and debt capital markets. During his career, he has advised and transacted for a broad range of companies, including Informa plc, Rexam, Ladbrokes, National Express Group, Tate & Lyle, Howden Joinery Ltd., Aegis Capital Corp., Thyssengas, Manx Telecom Ltd, Deutz, Virgin Media, Chorion, Melita Cable, EMAP, ProSieben, BT, Hit Entertainment Ltd., O2, BSkyB Corp., One2One, and Virgin Radio. Mr. Goldsbrough is based in the firm’s London office.
Before joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr Goldsbrough worked for Greenhill & Co as Head of European Debt Advisory. Prior to that, he held senior roles at GE Capital, Barclays Capital (where he was a member of Group Credit Committee), and Paribas, where he was Head of UK Corporate Banking and Chairman of the Trustees of the Paribas Limited Pension Fund.
Mr. Goldsbrough holds an M.A. in Modern History from the University of Oxford and is a professionally qualified member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers.
