his career, Mr. O’Toole has advised industry leaders such as Boeing Co. and
Northrop Grumman Corp., mid-cap publicly traded corporations, private equity
investors, and privately held, entrepreneurially operated businesses. His
transaction experience includes the sales of PneuDraulics to TransDigm; Alloy Processing, Summit Machine,
and American Handforge to PCC; PECO to Astronics; and Aerofit to Tinicum. In addition, Mr. O’Toole advised on the sales
of Arnold Engineering, Western Pneumatic Tube, Decrane Aerospace, Eagle-Picher Defense
& Space, GCM Aerospace, A.E. Petsche Co., Primus International, AmSafe Inc., and Remec Defense.
O’Toole has focused his investment banking efforts exclusively in the aerospace
and defense sectors for nearly two decades and has advised on more than 60
transactions. Prior to Houlihan Lokey, he served as a Director in the
aerospace & defense group at Lazard Frères and also spent several years at
