On average, we are actively advising on approximately 1,200 transactions at a time, and we rely on a talented group of junior bankers to successfully manage this level of activity. Financial Advisory Services

Houlihan Lokey performs business and securities valuations and provides opinions to boards of directors and shareholders for a variety of purposes, including fairness, solvency, and capital adequacy opinions; employee stock ownership plans; and tax and estate planning. You will gain firsthand experience in providing financial opinions and advisory services to our clients, many of whom are leaders in their respective markets, giving you the chance to learn about many types of businesses.

Financial Restructuring

Houlihan Lokey advises creditors and debtors in both in-court and out-of-court bankruptcy proceedings, as well as in distressed mergers and acquisitions. You will have the opportunity to roll up your sleeves and learn from some of the absolute best in the restructuring business. We’ve found that providing our junior bankers with diverse work experience enhances their transaction expertise, further develops strategic thinking and offers firsthand market expertise they cannot get any other way.
