Mr. Paramés is a Managing Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Corporate Finance business. He has more than two decades of experience, with expertise in mergers and acquisitions debt advisory. Mr. Paramés co-leads these practices in the firm’s Madrid office, where he is responsible for Iberian Peninsula activities.
Mr. Paramés specializes in bringing value-added opportunities to local and multinational clients and has built strong relationships with top industrial and private equity managers. During his career, he has participated in more than 70 transactions in industries such as consumer products, healthcare, retail, restaurants, construction, and building materials, with more than 200 Spanish companies and private equities as a regular client base in different sectors.
Previously, Mr. Paramés was a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Fidentiis Capital, the corporate finance arm of Fidentiis Equities. Fidentiis Capital provided independent corporate finance advisory services relating to mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and financing to middle-market companies in Spain and was acquired by Houlihan Lokey in 2019.
Before co-founding Fidentiis Capital, Mr. Paramés was a Director in Clients Coverage at Espírito Santo Investment. He also served as a Director in the Corporate Finance divisions of Banesto and Socios Financieros.
Mr. Paramés holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from CUNEF and an MBA from Instituto de Empresa.
