Mr. Croft is a Senior Advisor in Houlihan Lokey’s Financial and Valuation Advisory business. He presently serves as Co-Head of the firm’s Fund Opinions practice and is a member of Houlihan Lokey’s Management Committee. Mr. Croft is based in the firm’s New York office.

Mr. Croft is experienced in business and securities valuations and specializes in fairness and solvency opinions. He has advised boards of directors of both public and private companies in a wide variety of valuation, restructuring, and financial/litigation consulting engagements. He has executed hundreds of fairness and solvency opinion assignments related to buyside and sellside mergers and acquisitions, going-private transactions, debt and equity offerings, spinoffs, stock repurchases, and asset sales.

Before joining Houlihan Lokey in 1998, Mr. Croft served as a Vice President at Fleet Bank and as a second Vice President at Chase Manhattan Bank, where he was a Corporate Loan Officer in the New York middle-market division.

Mr. Croft is a member of the Board of Directors of the Deerfield Valley Mountain School. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of NYC Outward Bound Schools and currently serves on its Audit Committee.

Mr. Croft received his banking school degree from the New England School of Banking at Williams College and graduated cum laude from Post University, where he earned a B.S. in Business Administration. He holds dual MBAs in Finance and Accounting from New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business.
