Ms. Yan is Co-Head of Houlihan Lokey’s China Restructuring business. She has more than 15 years of experience advising clients on financial restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, and financings across Greater China and Southeast Asia. Ms. Yan is based in the firm’s Hong Kong office.
Ms. Yan’s recent transaction experience includes advising Sunac China, Fantasia, China Evergrande, Kaisa, Modern Land, Huachen Energy, GCL New Energy, Yestar Healthcare, Hilong Holding, Car Inc., Tahoe Group, Wuzhou International, Kaisa (2016), Sino Forest, and Central Proteina Prima.
Ms. Yan holds a B.A. and an M.A. from Tsinghua University’s School of Economics and Management. She passed her CFA level III examination in 2006 and her FRM examination in 2004.
