Managing Director

Mr. Page is a Managing Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Financial Institutions Group. He has over a decade of experience covering and advising financial institutions on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, leveraged buyouts, fairness opinions, and public and private debt and equity financings. Mr. Page is based in the firm’s New York office.

Since joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Page has been involved in M&A, capital markets, and restructuring transactions, notably advising the U.S. Treasury with respect to the management and disposition of its CPP bank investments under TARP, advising the Special Committee of the Board of Directors of Apollo Commercial Real Estate Finance on its $615 million acquisition of Apollo Residential Mortgage, advising Seneca Mortgage Servicing on a subservicing transaction with respect to $50 billion of mortgage servicing rights, advising TPG on the recapitalization of Roosevelt Management Company, advising the Board of New Residential on the acquisition of over $3 billion of servicing advances from Nationstar Mortgage, advising the junior secured noteholders regarding their claim in the Chapter 11 bankruptcy of Residential Capital (ResCap), advising the independent directors of Newcastle on the spinout of New Residential, advising ORIX USA Corp. on its acquisition of a majority interest in Mariner Investment Group, and advising MetWest Asset Management on its sale to TCW Group, Inc. 

Before joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Page was a Vice President of Morgan Stanley’s Financial Institutions Group in New York. While at Morgan Stanley, he was involved in several notable transactions, including acting as advisor to the U.S. Treasury on the $5.4 trillion conservatorship of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, the creation of an $8 billion commercial finance joint venture between GE Capital and Mubadala Development Corp. (Abu Dhabi), and the $6.4 billion leveraged buyout of Nuveen Asset Management.

Mr. Page began his career as an equity research analyst covering financial institutions at Raymond James & Associates. Mr. Page earned a B.S. from the University of Florida and an MBA from Duke University. He holds the designation of Chartered Financial Analyst.
