Jeremy Hirsch

Senior Vice President

Mr. Hirsch is a Senior Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Consumer, Food & Retail Group. He has over six years of investment banking and private equity experience and has successfully managed and executed multiple M&A transactions across a variety of industries, with a particular focus on companies in the fitness and restaurant sectors. He is based in the firm’s New York office.

Before joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Hirsch was the CFO/COO of The Studio (MDR), a multi-unit boutique pilates chain based in Los Angeles. Previously, he was an Associate at KarpReilly, a consumer growth equity firm focused on investments in the restaurant and retail space, and was an investment banking analyst in the consumer retail M&A group at Rothschild in New York. Mr. Hirsch has worked with numerous companies, including The Studio (MDR), Café Rio, Café Zupas, Comark, Cedar Fair Entertainment, CSM, Schiff Nutrition, and Syms Corp. 

Mr. Hirsch holds a B.A. in Psychology, cum laude, from Tufts University and is a master’s candidate at New York University’s Schack Institute of Real Estate, focusing on finance and investment.
