Mark Martin


Mr. Martin is a Co-Head of the Marketing Services practice within Houlihan Lokey’s Business Services Group. His responsibilities include working on sellside and buyside M&A advisory engagements, assessing strategic alternatives, and providing other financial advisory services. He is based in the firm’s Los Angeles office.

Mr. Martin’s notable recent transactions include advising Clayton Dubilier & Rice on its acquisition of Huntsworth; W2O on its sale to New Mountain Capital; Court Square Capital on its acquisition of Medical Knowledge Group; Nth Degree on its investment from MSouth Equity Partners; Schireson Associates (Known) on its private capital investment; LCI on its sale to Verisk; Randall-Reilly on its sale to Aurora Capital Partners; and Qology on its sale to Centerfield Media/HIG.

Before joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Martin co-founded and served as the Chief Operations Officer for Prestige Infrastructure Capital, a Los Angeles-based municipal privatization firm. Earlier, he worked at CBRE Group Inc., where he served as the North America Divestment Manager for the Chevron franchise and company-owned locations. Mr. Martin currently serves on the board of directors at Reef Check Foundation.

Mr. Martin holds a B.S. in Psychology from Pepperdine University and an MBA from the Booth School of Business at the University of Chicago.
