Mr. Adams is a Managing Director and Global Head of Technology within Houlihan Lokey’s Technology Group. He brings a wealth of experience from advising on public and private mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Adams has advised on more than 80 transactions. He is based in the firm’s Manchester office.
Previously, Mr. Adams worked at GCA Altium, which was acquired by Houlihan Lokey in 2021. He joined GCA in 1996 and ran the Manchester office between 2002 and 2007. Mr. Adams became UK Chief Executive in 2007 before taking the position of CEO in October 2010. He sits on GCA’s Global Board of Directors.
Mr. Adams holds a BA in Classics from the University of Nottingham.
