Sam Rogers


Mr. Rogers is a Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Transaction Advisory Services practice. He focuses on M&A advisory and due diligence assistance for both strategic and financial buyers. Mr. Rogers is based in the firm’s Dallas office.

Mr. Rogers has worked on numerous acquisitions and divestitures providing due diligence services primarily for private equity buyers in M&A transactions. His industry experience includes retail, food, distribution, manufacturing, telecommunications, and software in transactions ranging from $10 million to $2.5 billion.

Before joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Rogers spent three years in KPMG’s audit practice in Dallas and then relocated to Boston, where he joined KPMG’s Transaction Services practice.

Mr. Rogers holds a B.A. in Economics and Plan II, a B.B.A. in Accounting, and a Master in Professional Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
